Tracey Sterling Administrative Coordinator Tracey Sterling joined OMG's team in July 2008. As Administrative Coordinator, she is responsible for the physical facilities and day-to-day operation of OMG's office. Tracey also manages staff's travel logistics, product purchasing and ordering, as well as HR administration. Tracey also provides administrative support and works on special projects as assigned. Prior to joining OMG, Tracey worked three years as a school teacher for the School District of Philadelphia and six years at CIGNA Insurance Companies as a Senior Claims Analyst in the Major Claims Department.
