Sarah Singer Sarah Singer's background includes program implementation, policy research, and internal program documentation and evaluation in secondary education, workforce development, and housing and homelessness.

Sarah's work at OMG includes a project with the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program to develop a new strategic plan. She is also working on the Knight Foundation's multi-year evaluation of the University Park District Revitalization Project in Akron, Ohio, a university-community partnership to revitalize the neighborhood surrounding the University of Akron.

Before joining OMG, Sarah conducted internal documentation and implementation research at New Visions for Public Schools in New York City. Using ethnographic field methods, she explored the organization's multiple professional development efforts of school practitioners, identifying implementation gaps, promising practices, and opportunities for program refinement as they emerged. Prior to New Visions, she worked at New Destiny Housing Corporation, where she ran the HousingLink program which connected and shared information among domestic violence survivors, nonprofit advocates, and government agencies to maximize permanent housing placements. Her work has also included research at the Partnership for the Homeless, the Council for the Advancement of Adult Literacy, and the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University.

Sarah holds a Master of Public Policy from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers.
