Steve Schuler

Steven Schuler ("Steve") joined OMG in 2001 as network administrator, overseeing all computer and telecommunications functions. He provides staff with software applications training and support, and manages OMG's website. Steve has been a member of several project research teams, including the Ford Foundation's Leaders for a Changing World Initiative, for which he created a web-based survey and designed a data collection method. He has done similar work for a variety of other projects including the evaluations of the Arts Education Partnership Meetings, and the Robert Wood Johnson Evaluation Training.

Steve utilizes web-based technologies such as online surveys and discussion groups, and quantitative data analysis methods. He also developed tools to assist OMG with its organizational management, including a personnel time financial reporting system that increases the power and efficiency of OMG's project accounting and forecasting.

Prior to joining OMG, Steve worked as an independent IT consultant, a systems engineer and computer technician.

He holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Susquehanna University and completed coursework toward a Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology. Steve holds technical certifications from Microsoft and Citrix, among others.
