Justin Piff
Project Coordinator
Justin Piff has a background in program evaluation and quality improvement, with a focus on human service programs. He has worked with an array of programs providing care to underserved populations, including behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, and education programs.
Justin is currently working on several projects at OMG, including evaluations of two college success programs, the Student African American Brotherhood (SAAB) and the Graduate!Philadelphia initiative. He is also working with the Pew Capacity Building Program, and providing training, guidance, and support on evaluation to grantees of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's Human Capital portfolio.
Before joining OMG, Justin was a Quality Management Coordinator at The Devereux Foundation. While there, he worked with child and adolescent treatment programs' quality improvement initiatives and processes, and utilized data to monitor and inform program operations. Prior to Devereux, Justin worked with Cornell Companies, a national provider of treatment, education, and corrections services, as an Evaluation Manager. In that role, he assisted programs with monitoring and improving their service delivery and outcomes through ongoing evaluation and performance measurement.
Justin holds a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Eastern University.
