Lynn Milchanoski
Project Analyst


Lynn Milchanoski Lynn Milchanoski has a background in quantitative and qualitative social science research methods primarily in education and medical sociology. She is experienced in the development and administration of survey instruments, qualitative studies, and statistical analysis.

Some of Lynn's current work at OMG includes: an evaluation of Pennsylvania's Regional Key's Early Childhood Mental Health program; an evaluation of the Alliance for a Healthier Generation's Healthy Schools initiative; an evaluation of the Hartford Community Schools Program; an evaluation of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation's Communities Learning in Partnership initiative and strategy development for the William Penn Foundation's public affairs journalism initiative.

Prior to joining OMG, Lynn was the team lead of survey development for a mid-sized management consulting firm outside of Philadelphia that focused on company culture transformation and leadership training. In this position she was responsible for leading a team to create, validate, and market workplace measurement instruments. Lynn was also responsible for researching future potential surveys and analyzing client business metrics and survey results. She previously taught Statistics for the Social Sciences at Temple University.

Lynn holds an MA in sociology from Temple University and an honors BA in sociology and psychology from Saint Joseph University.
