Michele Lempa
Project Manager
Michele Lempa has 12 years experience with community partnership evaluations, largely in the field of public health. Prior to joining OMG in January 2008, Michele was a Senior Evaluation Scientist at Nemours Health and Prevention Services, where she led the design and implementation of the organization's evaluation of a community coalition and other community-based activities. She has experience and expertise in community engagement and coalition building, participatory research, and qualitative data collection and analysis.
At OMG, she is currently a project manager for evaluations of a university-led community revitalization partnership project, and a regional volunteer program, and for the development of city-wide database development systems for college access and success in Philadelphia and Miami.
Michele earned a bachelor's degree in English from Rutgers University, a master's degree in Public Health from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and a doctoral degree in Public Health from Tulane University.
