Victoria Dougherty
Project Director
Victoria Dougherty leads evaluations in the education and human services areas, and has provided evaluation training to over one hundred nonprofit organizations through group training and one-on-one assistance.
Victoria's most recent work at OMG includes directing four evaluations in the college access arena including an evaluation of the Lumina Foundation's McCabe Fund College Access program, an evaluation of the expansion capacity of the Posse Foundation, an evaluation of the Graduate! Philadelphia Initiative and a study of college enrollment rates of high school graduates for the Knight Foundation. Other recent work includes directing an assessment of an obesity prevention initiative funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and an evaluation of Ways to Work, a national car loan program for low-income individuals in the workforce.
Before joining OMG, Victoria was the project director for the Community Research and Program Evaluation Unit of the Connecticut Policy and Economic Council. Previously, she was a team leader in the Office of the Office of Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services where she conducted evaluations in public health and welfare programs.
Victoria graduated with a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and holds a Master's degree in Social Services Administration from the University of Chicago.
