As philanthropic advisors, OMG assists philanthropic organizations by designing visionary yet actionable programs and strategies and by directing the development and administration of RFPs, proposal awards, and grant monitoring and evaluations.

Also, OMG offers grant-makers a variety of services in support of effectiveness. Our coaching, workshops, listservs, and professional learning communities increase philanthropic and grantee organizational effectiveness. This work is developed to help grantees manage challenges they identify such as field building; leadership and governance transitions; the need for new management information systems; strategic communications planning; and increasing skills with outcomes-oriented management.
