Evaluation & Strategy Moving strategic ideas into practical actions, OMG is committed to the principle that independent assessments ought to be effective development and management tools - not stand-alone documents. We work with clients to address such questions as: What are the linkages between the proposed strategies and the expected outcomes? What are appropriate indicators of change? What capacity is needed for program or initiative implementation? What mid-course corrections are needed? What evidence is there to show that the program or initiative achieved its intended outcomes? What are the broader implications of the evaluation findings? One of OMG's strengths is its ability to design evaluations that respond to the complexity of the program under study while engaging the client and other stakeholders in the process. We encourage our clients to work with their stakeholders when mapping out an evaluation, developing a theory of change, assessing the evaluation during the program's progress, and analyzing final evaluation results.
