Final Narrative Report Requirements: Please see your award agreement for the due date of your final narrative report. Note: No narrative report is required when submitting your interim financial report.
When submitting your final narrative report, please answer the following questions:
- Please review the expected capacity building goals and/or outcomes for this Award and describe the progress that your organization has made toward each goal and/or outcome. Please include the stated goals and objectives in your response, and provide quantifiable results as available/appropriate.
- How has this project enabled you to increase/improve your services to your clients? Please discuss evidence of effect (e.g. numbers served, demographic information, client satisfaction survey results, pre-and post-test results, community indicators, outcomes, etc.) If you have evaluation materials that document impacts and outcomes of your work, feel free to attach them in lieu of answering this question.
- Please describe any unexpected obstacles in your capacity building work and/or in the environment in which you work, their impact on the progress of your Award, and how you have responded or plan to respond to more effectively reach your goals.
- What has your organization learned from this work and the challenges? How has it advanced your organization? And what might be some next capacity building steps for your organization?
- If you worked with a consultant, how effective was that relationship and work together? What could have been improved?
