Financial management and planning

$28,000-Montgomery County Association for the Blind-To improve fundraising capacity and visibility through the redesign of its website

$40,000-The Achievement Project-To construct and implement a plan that increases fundraising efforts


Evaluation and outcomes system development

$25,280-Center in the Park-To develop its internal capacity for evaluation practices and outcomes measurement

New program planning and development

$35,000-Interim House-To integrate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) into the agency's clinical practices. Therapists and supervisors will attend training in DBT concepts and techniques, and offer new DBT groups for clients.

$35,000-Philadelphia Physicians for Social Responsibility-To add a violence prevention program that meets the unique needs of the Philadelphia culture. PSR will identify “model” programs and incorporate the most appropriate one into its continuum of violence prevention strategies.
